The Entanglement paintings began as observation based compositions of plush animals, altered to resemble internal organs and arranged in potentially erotic scenarios. They have since shifted to include invented imagery and the tenor has changed considerably. Initially, the paintings were anchored and still; they are increasingly becoming unmoored and more tactile.
